She is the daughter of a popular billionaire and the president of the United States and she is not afraid of cameras, gossips, and other stuff. Through her life, she is been a spotlight for a long time.

Speculations were endless: nose jobs, breasts implants, botox. It’s mostly happened because Ivanka literally grew up with various media since her dad is well-known Donald Trump!

We’ve seen her full transformation from a young girl to a successful mom of 3 children and a business lady. She is stunning, smart, and very hot — many women can only dream of such qualities!

But the question is……..is her beauty natural? Is it surgery?

Fake Teeth and Veneers

In early ages, Ivanka used to wear braces which probably has reduced the gaps between her teeth, but it wasn’t for putting teeth in place. If you compared her older photos with newer photos — you can see how much her teeth have changed.

There is totally been some dental work here and there and we can say this: Whoever did it — is an amazing dentist and we want to shake his hand!

Nose job

There have been many rumors about Ivanka’s nose and it’s kinda ok, because her nose really changed big time in all those years. If we are going to look at her older photos it’s clearly seen that her nose has been more bulkier in some spots.

Nowadays her nose is way thinner and narrower than before. We can’t say for sure if it was “aging” or “surgery” — so we gonna let you decide this one out!

Chin Job? Or else?

We think that Ivanka actually had a surgery involving her chin. The reason is quite simple: After she has lot her baby fat — her chin became a bit too sharp and pointy. While some people claim that she has a chin implant — we think that she went to the chin reduction procedure. Because nowadays you can see that her chin is way more balanced than before.

It’s a difficult question but we think that it’s possible. If you will look at her older and newer photos, no matter the outfit — her bra seems bigger.

Despite the evidence we have at our hands — we think it’s fair to look onto more photos from the past in order to fully decided if plastic surgery really took place.

Ivana Marie is Ivanka’s mom and Donald’s first wife. When Ivanka has been only 10 yo — her parents divorced, however — Donald kept raising her and she became a fine woman! She has been gifted with amazing eyes and hair and also pretty plump lips

Ivanka had a really good fashion sense even at such a young age. She used to match gold jewelry with her simmering outfit and that’s really stunning for such a young lady!

After School, Ivanka got transferred to the special boarding school, THE CHOATE Rosemary Hall — at the time she was 15 yo. During this year she had attended to her Father’s 50^th birth and you can clearly see her in makeup even at such young age. It’s no wonder why it’s hard to imagine Ivanka without a makeup.

After her success in “Seventeen” — she kept working as a model with various brands such as: Versace, Marc Bouwer and many other. She even did a catwalk for Lolita Lempicka Fashion show in Paris!

At 18 years of age. Ivanka looked gorgeous. She had nice skin, fit body, amazing legs and she was about to become top model although some folks disliked her face and personality and thought that she won’t be able to reach for the top.

As you could’ve noticed Ivanka’s face might appear a bit swollen. The real reason lies in the fact that far never left her cheeks, despite her fit body. It leads to very pear-like face. However, her full lips really save the situation. We don’t think she ever had lip injections.

Starting 2003 people have noticed that Ivanka has a lot her chubby cheeks. She has probably gone through fat reduction procedures in order to make her face look more sharp and slimmer

This is the reason why people believe that she had a chin implant. In our opinion, she had a fat reduction and nose job done this year!

She was attending the auction of Francesco Scavullo this year and as you can see her chest really became bigger. Let’s be real for a second — for that age, her breasts looks very natural — we don’t think she is a subject for breast implants at this point of time.

In the year 2007 she had stunned everyone on Golden Globes After Party. She was wearing a nice all-white dress and she clearly had bigger breasts at the time or maybe they simply looked this way in such dresses.

This is another shot from a different angle.

Her chest looks a bit different here and probably that’s why people started to gossip about the possible surgery on her breasts, but despite that, it’s no wonder why Ivanka is among women in Maxim Hot 100 hot list.

Ivanka Trump got married this year. Her husband is Jared Kushner — a real estate developer. Their ceremony has been held in traditional Jewish style and if you look at Ivanka you can clearly see that she has lost weight for a ceremony. Her jaw is more sharp, as well as cheeks.

At this age Ivanka become more thick, however, it’s not really true. At the time had been pregnant with her first child! That why she had a bigger tummy and lips.

Ivanka attends Glamour’s 25 Anniversary awards ad Carnegie hall. At the time Ivanka is already 34 yo, but you can’t see a single wrinkle on her face. Her skin is very tight and smooth. Is it hard-working or some procedures?

We don’t know, but we think she just cares about her own skin since 34 years is a bit too early for serious surgery. But whatever she does — she looks absolutely stunning!

Wow…just wow…Ivanka looks absolutely FANTASTIC here! We can even say that she is smoking hot. Here she was attending to 2016 Met Gala Held and aside from looking amazing she also had VERY hot hairstyle!

We are still trying to put our finger on whatever her boobs are real or fake, but on this photo, it’s seen that she has another amazing curve on her back. Either she is blessed or she really did into some procedure

2018 was pretty busy for Ivanka and we have no idea how she is able to keep herself in shape. She doesn’t seem to have any botox injections so far

In our opinion, it might just a good diet and workout plan.

What do plastic surgeons think about changing Ivanka’s appearance?

After inspecting all photos in this article — we’ve decided to ask Professionals about Ivanka’s appearance.

First of all, we’ve asked Dr. Dan Marsh who said:

It is my belief that Ivanka has clearly had a rhinoplasty as there is a scar visible across the base of the nose on the top picture. Judging by her straight, white teeth it also looks as though she has also had dental veneers. This is an example of cosmetic surgery done well, enhancing the appearance.

Meanwhile, Dr. Dev Patel, medical director of Perfect Skin Solutions in Portsmouth believe that Ivanka’s stepmother Melania Trump has an estimated $14,000-$17,000 (US dollars) worth of cosmetic transformation done on herself.

While Ivanka has never actually come out and responded to any of these rumors, it hasn’t stopped other women from getting plastic surgery to look like her.

According to an ABC interview back in 2016, Houston-based cosmetic surgeon Dr. Franklin Rose said he was getting more and more clients asking for the “Ivanka Trump” look.

She’s very beautiful and she’s very poised, very elegant and very soft-spoken. So patients want to be like that.

In another exclusive interview with Page Six in 2017, Dr. Norman Rowe says that up to 50 clients have asked him to give them the Ivanka look — which he describes as widened cheekbones, a slender nose, and large eyes.

Dr. Rowe says that patients can spend between $30,000 to 40,000 to achieve the look with temporary fillers and Botox or $45,000 to 50,000 for what he calls the “Permanent Ivanka” — a version achieved with cheek implants and rhinoplasty.

He then continued and said Donald Trump’s oldest daughter now rivals Kylie Jenner as the most sought-after celebrity face, but when asked if anyone tried to look like her father…

No, I’ve never had anybody come in and say, ‘Make me into a Donald!’

….Phew!

Conclusion

While Ivanka’s appearance has definitely improved enormously throughout her youth and adulthood, it is difficult to conclude whether some of these changes were the results of cosmetic surgeries or natural occurrences. As most females would argue, they look ‘nothing’ like their younger self.

However, we have revealed several picture evidence to suggest that there’s a good chance Ivanka has gone under the knife, with most noticeably a nose surgery, cosmetic dentistry and a breast enlargement procedure. If these proved to be true, then all we can say is that they were done “excellently” because she is looking like a true goddess.
